Can anyone solve the mystery we seem to be stuck in here in New York? Why are so many people so upset to receive balloons? They are quick to say, "It's not you" to our delivery people but sometimes the hostility toward a bunch of balloons seems a little extreme for what they are. I guess what we are trying to say is our new motto: "Choose balloons - Smile for awhile!"
